In this podcast, we are discussing the Midwest Digital Media Conference (MDMC), which is the largest digital marketing conference in the region. It boasts speakers annually from companies such as BuzzFeed, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google.
In 2013, the MDMC was held for the first time at the University of Missouri- St. Louis as a free, half-day event conducted in the university’s JC Penney Conference Center. As the success of the conference continued to evolve, the conference has eventually transformed into a full, two-day event, and changed its venue to St. Louis’ Union Station. In 2017 the MDMC set attendance records of a remarkable 2,000 marketers and friends, and trended for 8 hrs on Twitter both nationally and internationally.
